You must provide a credit card to be kept on file for any shipping fees incurred   

Eligibility Rules:
Exhibitors have to be VSA members in good standing.
Instruments have to be made by the exhibitor(s). Joint instruments are eligible. Exhibitors cannot exhibit other makers’ instruments.
There are no age limits for the instruments.

Instruments and bows must have a legible label, brand, or stamped mark than can be traced to the maker.
Instrument check-in: Thursday, November 9, 2017, exact time TBD
Instrument check-out: Saturday evening, November 11, exact time TBD

Misc. info:

All Instruments and Bows will be available for VIEWING and PLAYING.
Basses and Cellos MUST supply their own bass and cello stands.
Makers are encouraged to submit biographical and contact information (maximum 300 words) that may be displayed with their instrument.

Additionally, makers exhibiting instruments are invited to participate in a "Makers meet Makers" forum on Saturday, November 11 in the afternoon. The forum will be open to all registered members. The objective of the forum is to provide makers with the opportunity to:

  • share their unique  methods / techniques with their peers
  • ask questions about other's work
  • engage in idea exchange and dialogue
  • make new friends and network with their peers
